This class is open to current students only.

My tai chi class is designed for intermediate-level participants, but adventurous beginners are more than welcome to join and give it a try.

We explore Yang 24, Sun 73, and several of the popular Tai Chi for Health forms, including Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Diabetes, and Tai Chi for Energy.

While prior experience with Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis is recommended for the best experience, it’s not mandatory.

My teaching style focuses on core tai chi principles and is adapted into a simplified and modified approach—perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed pace over rigorous training.

My qigong class is designed for everyone, offering a focus on breath, energy awareness, and gentle movement to promote balance and well-being.

 This class is an excellent starting point for individuals recovering from an injury, joint replacement, stroke, or long-term illnesses such as long COVID. I prioritize creating a supportive environment where you can comfortably explore your limits, whether that's through seated breathing exercises or gentle movements tailored to your needs.
